TFA with Plate Type Heat Exchanger (PHE) is a high-performance ventilation solution engineered to deliver pre-conditioned fresh air with maximum energy efficiency. The integrated Plate Heat Exchanger transfers heat between exhaust air and incoming fresh air without mixing the two air streams, ensuring hygienic and contamination-free energy recovery.
Unlike rotary heat wheels, the plate heat exchanger has no moving parts, making it ideal for applications requiring low maintenance and zero cross-contamination. This system significantly reduces cooling and heating loads by recovering sensible heat, improving overall HVAC efficiency.
The unit is constructed with double-skin insulated panels to minimize thermal loss and air leakage. Equipped with high-efficiency supply and exhaust fans, multi-stage filtration, and optional cooling/heating coils, the ATMOS TFA-PHE ensures clean, temperature-controlled ventilation suitable for modern commercial, healthcare, and industrial buildings.
